Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir Review

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This game's only worth one: junk.

Two hours. That’s how long it took me to finish Spirit Camera: The Lost Memoir. But to be fair, at least thirty of those minutes were spent trying to get the AR working properly, so I’ll amend my original statement. Ninety minutes is the actual time it took me to complete Spirit Camera, and I’d really like each one of them back.

Fatal Frame II Coming to the Wii in Europe

Another coup for Wii owners in the EU.

It’s been a long time since anyone has heard from the Fatal Frame series. The game debuted on the PlayStation 2 in 2001, and the series became a cult hit amongst horror fans. The fourth game was developed exclusively for the Wii by Grasshopper Manufacture in 2008, but was never translated from Japanese. A remake of the second game, Crimson Butterfly, is in the works for the Wii, but until now there had been no word of the game seeing a release outside of its native country.

Nintendo Bringing Fatal Frame Spin-Off to America

Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir is arriving in the US this April for the 3DS.

Today, Nintendo announced its intentions to publish Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir for the 3DS in America. Better known as a spin-off of the Fatal Frame series, the horror game will make use of the cameras in the 3DS system to provide augmented reality gameplay. Players won't have to wait long for the title, as it's due in roughly three months on Friday, April 13.

No one likes studying, but if you're reading this, chances are you do like playing video games. Here's a few Chessa's dying to play.

As many individuals may well remember, college is a curious time full of unnecessary homework assignments, pointless class time, and sadistic professors who intentionally schedule exams back-to-back on the same day. As one of the 120,943,454,985,713,481 students smashing their heads against the table in order to maintain a perfect GPA for the nursing program, I often find myself longing for something other than the inside of my textbooks.
